These brick buildings are right on the outskirts of Richmond, one of the
first things
you see when Highway 5 enters town. Based on conversation heard later,
I'm pretty sure they are former tobacco warehouse being turned into apartments.
Linda at Poe's, not too far from the above brick buildings. Great place, makes Guinesses
and Country Western Music seem like a natural combo. Not too far from the
Poe museum,
which I wish we had visited. Next time.
The interior of The Tobacco Company: My take...really good atmosphere, food was B to B-,
desserts B+ and the bill for 2 about $100. Mieko thinks I'm being harsh
because we had fish
and its not really a fish place. Hostesses were pretty cute.
